Conteúdo criminoso ou desconfortávelUSO DA ARTE- Posso postar a arte comissionada nas minhas redes sociais e usar no meu portfólio como forma de divulgação do meu trabalho.
- Posso postar os WIPs da arte.
- Não se esquecer de dar os créditos ao divulgar a comissão feita.
- O uso da arte é somente para fins pessoais. Caso queira utilizar para fins comerciais, me avise ANTECIPADAMENTE, pois há taxa de uso comercial.
- Não é permitido vender ou revender minha arte sem autorização, remover minha marca d'água, ou utilizar minha arte em IAs, NFTs ou semelhantes.SOBRE O PROCESSO DA COMISSÃO- O cliente deverá enviar imagens de referência e a descrição do personagem para realizar a arte. Para design de personagem, esse processo é bem mais flexível.
- Irei constantemente mandar atualizações a respeito do processo do desenho. Caso seja apropriado, o cliente também poderá acompanhar o processo integral do desenho através de compartilhamento de tela no Discord.
- Durante os rascunhos o cliente poderá fazer alterações e modificações, como já mencionado nas tabelas e nos pacotes.
- Após a aprovação do rascunho, modificações muito grandes serão taxadas, como já mencionado nas tabelas e nos pacotes.
- Prazo de entrega: 1–2 semanas. Em caso de atraso, avisarei o cliente com antecedência.PAGAMENTO- O pagamento poderá ser feito com 50% do valor antes de começar a comissão e 50% após a aprovação do rascunho. Caso prefira, também é possível pagar o valor total diretamente.
- Pagamentos via PIX.
- O cliente poderá pedir reembolso de 100% do valor total antes de eu começar o serviço. Caso a solicitação seja feita após os rascunhos, o cliente receberá somente 50% do valor total.[EN]

Criminal or disturbing contentART USAGE- I may post the commissioned artwork on my social media and use it in my portfolio as a way to promote my work.
- I may post WIPs of the artwork.
- Please remember to give proper credit when sharing the commissioned artwork.
- The artwork is for personal use only. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, please inform me IN ADVANCE, as there is a commercial use fee.
- It is not allowed to sell or resell my artwork without permission, remove my watermark, or use my artwork in AIs, NFTs, or similar.ABOUT THE COMMISSION PROCESS- The client must send reference images and a description of the character so I can create the artwork. For character design, this process is much more flexible.
- I will constantly send updates regarding the drawing process. If appropriate, the client may also follow the full drawing process through screen sharing on Discord.
- During the sketch stage, the client may request changes and modifications, as already mentioned in the tables and packages.
- After the sketch is approved, very large modifications will be subject to a fee, as already mentioned in the tables and packages.
* Delivery time: 1–2 weeks. In case of delays, I will notify the client in advance.PAYMENT- Payment can be made with 50% of the price before starting the commission and 50% after the sketch approval. If preferred, the full amount can also be paid upfront.
- Payments via PayPal.
- The client may request a 100% refund of the total price before I start the service. If the request is made after the sketches, the client will receive only 50% of the total price.
